DJ Anubis
I’ve been involved with online DJ’ing since 2005 working at various internet radio stations over the years including Mayhem Radio, Vertigo Radio, Darkness Radio, It’s All About Music, and of course Metal Tavern Radio. I started Metal Tavern Radio in 2012 when I decided to branch out on my own and have been running it since. In 2019 I decided to start up podcasting again which I had done off and on a few years earlier only this time my wife Neko decided to join me on this new trek of podcasting. Since then, Neko and I have been branching out into the realm of YouTube even guest appearing on other YouTube personalities shows both music and entertainment wise. I’ve been into rock and metal music since I was about 5 and generally love all forms of rock and metal music.
DJ Neko
As DJ Anubis’s wife and sidekick, I too share in his love for rock and metal music. As a child, I was exposed to everything from Black Sabbath to Michael Jackson and you can really tell with my wide variety during “DJ Neko’s Pick of the Week”. I am truly lucky to have a husband who is my partner and my best friend. His enthusiasm for music, and movies really makes me happy. When DJ Anubis re-launched the podcast, I jumped on board right away. Having our weekly podcast gives us quality time to spend together while sharing our mutual love of music. This venture for DJ Anubis is as close to his heart as it is mine. DJ Anubis has crafted his presence and skill online for years. I am a new kid in town and hope you enjoy my many “rants”. I am more than thrilled to share in this new adventure with him. I am so proud of what he’s done with the podcast and his new YouTube channel. DJ Anubis works every week to curate an amazing playlist with a mix of new, old, independent, and mainstream artists.
